Full-Service
The full-service option: 1. Set-up of the catering equipment, food-service items, and food-service tables 2. Service for four hours with a minimum of two servers per 40 people 3. Breakdown of the catering equipment, food-service items, and food-service tables 4. Clean-up food trash and remove catering trash. No minimum food order. Does not include the 20% gratuity added to food costs
